Before I start, may I just say that Mondays really aren't as bad as everyone says ! Maybe your Monday is crappy because you continuously have that negative thought floating around in your mind.
I never really felt like Monday was the ill wanted family member at the reunion. It's cool with me. It brings about a new week! New chances to try something, to get something right, another do-over if you will.
All of this to say "Think positive and you'll feel positive ! ", and of course the opposite is true.
So why not welcome Monday with open arms and a little bit of love !
